| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de práctica empresarial en la Financiera Comultrasan, consistió en un acompañamiento al departamento de Auditoria de Sistemas en la iniciativa de un estudio preliminar para la implementación del marco referencial COBIT para la gobernabilidad de la función informática en la organización. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se tuvieron en cuenta tres etapas; la primera es una descripción de la estructura organizacional, así como también del departamento de sistemas y del departamento de auditoria de Sistemas, reflejando en términos generales la situación actual de la función informática. La segunda etapa se enfoco en la sensibilización de la alta gerencia en el tema de gobernabilidad de la tecnología de la información, implementando herramientas como presentaciones, conferencias, cuestionarios, casos de estudio y realizando capacitaciones en lo referente a la fundamentación y conceptualización de COBIT a las audiencias involucradas en el proyecto. La tercera etapa se encamino en la estructuración de un plan de acción para la implementación de COBIT en la organización, y cuyo contenido son los logros y cambios culturales a que la organización se vería obligada a enfrentar si decidiese continuar con la adopción del marco de referencia. Este proyecto aporta una serie de conocimientos emanados de la experiencia laboral, como lo son: trabajo en equipo, disciplina, liderazgo y demás cualidades que hacen del practicante un profesional con mayor sentido social, y mejor preparado para la realidad laboral. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project of managerial practice in the Financial Comultrasan, consisted on an accompaniment to the department of Audit of Systems in the initiative of a preliminary study for the implementation of the mark referential COBIT for the governance of the computer function in the organization. In the development of this project they were kept in mind three stages; the first one is a description of the organizational structure, as well as of the department of systems and of the department of audit of Systems, reflecting in general terms the current situation of the computer function. The second stage you focus in the sensitization of the high management in the topic of governance of the technology of the information, implementing tools like presentations, conferences, questionnaires, cases of study and carrying out trainings regarding the foundation and conceptualization from COBIT to the audiences involved in the project. The third stage you guides in the structuring of an action plan for the implementation of COBIT in the organization, and whose content is the achievements and cultural changes to that the organization would be forced to face if decides to continue with the adoption of the reference mark. This project contributes a series of emanated knowledge of the experience, as they are it: work in team, disciplines, leadership and other qualities that make of the practitioner a professional with more sense social, and better preparation for the professional reality. | |
