| dc.description.abstract | La Escuela de Ingeniería de Petróleos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander-UIS-, visiona la formación integral del futuro profesional de Ingeniería de Petróleos, interrelacionándolo en un campo que cuente con infraestructura de operación propia de la industria de los hidrocarburos, para complementar la teoría de la carrera con las prácticas empresariales favoreciendo a todos los estudiantes. Por la diversidad de actividades a realizar en un campo de ésta industria se puede ampliar este sistema a otras carreras que se dan en esta Universidad. Para lograr este propósito, se contempla la posibilidad de un Contrato de Asociación entre la Universidad Industrial de Santander y la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos o la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, para que la UIS administre un campo petrolero. La viabilidad de éste proyecto es posible de acuerdo a las Leyes Colombianas, a la facultad de contratación que tiene ECOPETROL y jurídicamente la UIS está facultada para adelantar proyectos que apoyen la investigación, ciencia y tecnología. Se propone crear un nuevo ente de carácter privado, con participación de la UIS e inversionista privado u oficial y jurídicamente independiente de la Universidad, para que ésta no pierda su objetivo de institución educativa, y de facilitar la administración y procedimientos operativos requeridos en la operación del campo. Según lo expuesto anteriormente este proyecto comprende el Diseño Organizacional del nuevo ente, incluye los elementos necesarios que se requieren en la organización y administración del mismo, para el logro de los objetivos propuestos. Se crea la Cultura Corporativa que comprende: Misión, Visión, Valores, Principios; manifestándose en este capítulo la razón de ser del nuevo ente; en el Diseño Organizacional del mismo se interrelaciona las funciones administrativas como: Planeación, Organización, Dirección y Control teniendo en cuenta la interactividad del proceso administrativo. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The school of petroleum engineering of the Universidad Industrial de Santander o envisions to offer the future professional of petroleum engineering, relating the student in a field which has a operating infraestructure related to the hydrocarbon industry to complement the theory of the school of petroleum. With the business practices favoring all the students Due to the diversity of activities in the field of this industry it can be broadened this system to the other schools in this university. To reach the above objective a joint administration between the Universidad Industrial de Santander and the Empresa Colombiana de Petroleos or the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos. The UIS will administer an oil field. The feasibility of this project is possible according to the Colombian legal system, also according to the facilitation of contracts which ECOPETROL possess and also the UIS is legally authorized to sponsor projects that support investigation, science and technology. A new body of private character with participation of the UIS and Private or government investors, and legally independent from the University looking the purpose of this university do not lose its mission of educational institution and to facilite the administration and operative procedures required in the operation of the oil field. According to the above proposal this project involves the organizational design of the new organization, and includes the necessary elements required by the organization and administration of the organization itself with the aim of achieving the proposed objectives. A corporative culture is created which cover: Mision, Vision, values, principles; in this chapter the reason for existence of this organization is explained at he organizational design it self. The administrative functions are interrelated as: Planning, organization, direction and control having in mind the interactivity of the administrative process. | |
