| dc.description.abstract | Delthac 1 Seguridad, buscando eliminar las debilidades organizacionales que presentaba y anhelando ser una empresa más competitiva, consideró conveniente establecer un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, basada en la norma ISO 9001:2000, que contribuyera al mejoramiento continuo de sus procesos. Es así como, mediante este proyecto se estandarizó e implementó la documentación necesaria para garantizar que el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad diseñado estuviera acorde con los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2000. Este informe orienta al lector sobre la secuencia que se debe seguir durante el proceso de documentación e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. El documento en su contenido presenta ocho capítulos: 1. Contextualización, 2. Preanálisis para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, 3. Planificación, 4. Estructura documental, 5. programa de formación al personal, 6. Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, 7. Análisis de resultados de la primera auditoria, 8. Conclusiones y recomendaciones. Con el apoyo y participación de todo el personal y comité de proyectos de Delthac 1 Seguridad se definió la red de procesos, la cual fue una base para establecer la estructura documental del sistema de gestión de la calidad, quedando conformada por un manual de calidad, un manual de procesos, un manual de descripción de cargos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Delthac 1 security, looking for to eliminate the organizational weaknesses that it presented and yearning to be a more competitive company, it considered convenient to establish a Quality Management System, based on the norm ISO 9001:2000 that it contributed to the continuous improvement of their processes. It is as well as, by means of this project it was standardized and implemented the necessary documentation to guarantee that the Quality management System designed was in agreement with the requirements of the norm ISO 9001:2000. This report guides the reader on the sequence that should be continued during the documentation and implementation process of the Quality management System. The document in their content present eight chapters: 1.Context, 2. Pre- Analysis for the implementation of the Quality management System, 3. Planning, 4. Documental Structure, 5. Personal formation program, 6. Implementation of the Quality management System, 7. Analysis of results of the first Audit, 8. Conclusions and recommendations. With the participation and support of whole personnel and committee of projects of Delthac 1 Security was defined the processes net, which was a good base to establish the documental structure of the quality management system, being conformed by a quality manual, a processes manual, a positions description manual. | |
