dc.description.abstract	El documento contiene el aporte del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad según la norma NTC GP 1000:2004, con el modelo estándar de control interno MECI 1000:2005 en la institución educativa Custodio García Rovira (INEM), con el fin de lograr un excelente servicio a todos sus estudiantes, con procesos estandarizados para el mejoramiento y organización de la institución y dar el primer paso para lograr la certificación y así conseguir reconocimiento a nivel regional y nacional. El desarrollo del proyecto se estructuro fundamentado en las siguientes etapas: como primera medida se realizó una descripción del Colegio INEM, seguidamente se estudio la NTC GP 1000:2004 y MECI 1000:2005 en las que se fundamenta el sistema que se implementó en la Institución. Luego se desarrollo la planificación, diseñando como base el diagnóstico de la institución, lo cual permitió establecer que actividades de capacitación eran necesarias, así como la política de calidad y los objetivos de calidad definir los integrantes del comité de calidad y el mapa de procesos. Luego se inicio la documentación de manuales, procedimientos y formatos para seguir con la ejecución del sistema. En esta etapa se socializaron los documentos y se diligenciaron los formatos del sistema, dando evidencia de la conformidad del proyecto. Terminado lo anterior se realizó la auditoría interna de calidad y se plantearon las acciones de mejora. Al finalizar el libro se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones para el mantenimiento del Sistema de Calidad en el Colegio INEM. Dejando claro que el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad se puede implementar a cualquier tipo de organización.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The document contains the contribution of the Quality Management System according to EN 1000:2004 NTC GP, with the standard model of internal control MECI 1000:2005 in school Custodio Garcia Rovira (INEM), in order to achieve an excellent service to all students, with standardized processes for the improvement and development of the institution and take the first step toward certification and thus achieve wide recognition regionally and nationally. The development of the project is structured based on the following stages: as a first step there was a description of the Colegio INEM, then the NTC GP was studied MECI 1000:2004 and 1000:2005 in underpinning the system that was implemented in the institution. Then development planning, designing based on the diagnosis of the institution, which established that training was needed, and the quality policy and quality objectives define the quality committee members and the process map. Then start the documentation of manuals, procedures and formats to proceed with the implementation of the system. At this stage socialized and documents required filling the system formats, providing evidence of compliance the project. It completed the audit and internal quality improvement actions raised. At the end of the book presents the findings and recommendations for the maintenance of the Quality System at the College INEM. Making clear that the Quality Management System can be used to any organization.
