| dc.description.abstract | Dada la importancia de administrar las diferentes dependencias que constituyen al Café “Café Con-Verso”, surge la necesidad de implementar esta herramienta computacional que apoya esta tarea mediante la automatización en los procesos de: · Caja · Inventarios de Insumos y Productos · Recurso Humano · Clientes y Proveedores · Cuentas por pagar y Cuentas por Cobrar Además, gracias a la información entregada por este sistema de información, se ha obtenido un conocimiento oportuno del estado del negocio en cualquier momento, y por ende, el proceso de toma de decisiones que se desprende de este conocimiento propio ha representado un incremento en la utilidad y rentabilidad del negocio, así como una organización estructurada de cada uno de sus departamentos. | |
