dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado se realiza bajo el objetivo principal de proponer un plan de mejoramiento basado en los estándares del SUA a los procesos de Gestión de Recursos Humanos de la empresa Remeo Medical Services, regional Bucaramanga. Inicia con un diagnóstico preliminar, a manera de autoevaluación, en donde se tuvo en cuenta el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la adherencia de los procesos de la compañía identificaron las fortalezas y las oportunidades de mejora que, pasaron a ser parte del plan de mejoramiento propuesto y socializado para mitigar las falencias e incrementar dicho cumplimiento a los estándares. Esta autoevaluación se realizó basada en el Manual de Acreditación de Salud Ambulatorio y Hospitalario del MinSalud. Posterior a la socialización del plan, se evaluó la injerencia y pertinencia de cada una de las propuestas de mejoramiento encontradas con el fin de dar pie a su implementación y/o puesta en marcha en el marco de la política de mejoramiento continuo con la que cuenta la compañía, así bien, se diseñó un panel de indicadores que entraron a evaluar dicha implementación e impacto de la intervención en el marco de la práctica empresarial. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present degree work is done with the main objective of proposing an improvement plan based on SUA standards to the Human Resources Management processes of the Remeo Medical Services company, Bucaramanga regional. It begins with a preliminary diagnosis, by way of self-evaluation, where the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the adherence of the company's processes to the requirements of the accreditation standard was taken into account, which was called 'compliance', it identified the strengths and opportunities for improvement that became part of the proposed improvement plan and socialized to mitigate the shortcomings and increase this compliance to the standards. This self-evaluation was carried out based on the Accreditation Manual of Outpatient and Hospital Health of the MinSalud. After the socialization of the plan, the interference and relevance of each of the improvement proposals found were evaluated in order to give rise to their implementation and / or implementation in the framework of the policy of continuous improvement that counts The company, well, designed a panel of indicators that went into assessing the implementation and impact of the intervention in the framework of business practice. 3
