dc.description.abstract	En este artículo se presentan las actividades ejecutadas en la empresa JL CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.S. durante el periodo de cuatro (4) meses de práctica, desempeñando el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería, llevando a cabo la planeación de propuestas y ejecución de los proyectos en desarrollo de la empresa. Algunas de las labores consistieron en el apoyo en la elaboración de propuestas en procesos licitatorios, el seguimiento y control del cronograma de obras en ejecución por parte de la empresa, como fue en el mejoramiento y adecuación del parque principal de Matanza en Santander y en la remodelación del parque principal de Macaravita en Santander, realizando a la par sus respectivos balances de obra, en busca de la reducción en costos y tiempo, todas las actividades tuvieron una revisión continua y se evaluaron en el transcurso de los periodos de las actas parciales solicitadas. De igual forma, se llevó a cabo el apoyo en la elaboración, revisión y actualización de análisis de precios unitarios, presupuesto general, listados de materiales utilizados, ajustes y modificaciones en planos record, memorias de cantidades de ítems no previstos y realización periódica de formatos, informes, actas de revisión de actividades de construcción respecto a especificaciones técnicas y normas en la ejecución de obra.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In this article presents the activities carried out in the company JL CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.S. During the period of four (4) months of practice, performing the position of engineering assistant, carrying out the planning of proposals and execution of the projects in development of the company. Some of the tasks consisted of supporting the preparation of proposals in bidding processes, monitoring and control of the schedule of works in progress by the company, such as the improvement and adaptation of the main Matanza park in Santander and the remodeling of the main park of Macaravita in Santander, carrying out their respective work balances at the same time, in search of cost and time reduction, all activities had a continuous review and were evaluated during the periods of the partial minutes requested . Similarly, support was carried out in the preparation, review and update of unit price analysis, general budget, lists of materials used, adjustments and modifications in record plans, memories of quantities of unforeseen items and periodic production of formats , reports, minutes of review of construction activities with respect to technical specifications and standards in the execution of work.
