dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado bajo la modalidad práctica social, se desarrolló de manera articulada entre la Escuela de Trabajo Social y la Pastoral Universitaria de la Universidad Industrial del Santander, en el marco del proyecto te proyecto ha generado importantes aportes en la construcción de comunidad a partir de cada una de las fases desarrolladas. evado a cabo por estudiantes de trabajo social en el año 2015. Asentamiento el páramo de Floridablanca. tiene por objetivo promover la construcción de proyecto de vida de los adolescentes, mediante un proceso pedagógico que permita el fortalecimiento de habilidades para la vida de ellos y ellas, por tanto, se realiza un diagnóstico participativo que permite identificar las principales problemáticas y necesidades existentes de los adolescentes del asentamiento. Con base en los resultados del diagnóstico, se construye la propuesta de acción que retoma elementos de la educación popular como una forma de acción educativa y formativa, para implementar estrategias lúdico pedagógicas, que permiten generar procesos de participación con el fin de prevenir la alta vulnerabilidad de los adolescentes frente a los diversos riesgos presentes en el entorno comunitario.1
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project's degree social practice mode, was developed in articulated between the School of Social work and the University Pastoral of the Industrial University of Santander, in the framework of the project called "Meeting of two worlds", whose purpose is the quality of life and human development of the actors involved. This project has generated important contributions in building community from each of the developed stages. Phase I: "Approximation of the reality of poverty in children and adolescents from the settlement the Moor in Floridablanca", carried out by social work students by 2015. Phase II: "Family co-responsibility in the exercise of the rights in children and adolescents of a non established neighborhood the Páramo de Floridablanca; Phase III "Construction of project life with teens in the Páramo de Floridablanca of a non established neighborhood" which has by objective to promote the construction of the project of life of adolescents through a learning process that allows the strengthening of skills for the life of them, so it makes a participatory diagnosis that identifies the main problems and existing needs of adolescents in the settlement. Based on the results of the diagnosis is constructed the proposal for action that takes up to popular education as a form of educational and action, to implement teaching playful strategies that allow to generate participatory processes in order to prevent the vulnerability of these various risks present in the community environment.
