dc.description.abstract	La dinámica global actual presenta un reto muy grande para las organizaciones que están incursionando en la innovación, la tecnología cada vez es más importante en nuestro diario vivir y el reto es saber adaptarse a ella. La innovación exponencial llega a las organizaciones como una oportunidad para dar una guía de que se debería hacer y cómo. La exponencialidad consiste en un cambio de mentalidad respecto a lo que se ha venido haciendo comúnmente, las organizaciones necesitan poder ver que están haciendo y en que están fallando que no deja ver una retribución en sus utilidades al máximo como debería ser. En vista de lo anterior, este trabajo se desarrolla en base a una revisión sistemática de literatura científica sobre el tema de creación de negocios orientados a la innovación, especialmente a la innovación exponencial, consultando información en la base de datos de Web of Science en lapso de tiempo del año 2015 a 2020, con el fin de describir las prácticas de referencia orientadas hacia la innovación e innovación exponencial. Complementadas posteriormente con un análisis de contenido web utilizando la red social Twitter como motor de búsqueda y el software de tweetbinder para recolectar la información susceptible actualmente en las redes sociales respecto al tema de investigación y de esta manera contribuir a la consecución del objetivo principal de estudio
dc.description.abstractenglish	The current global dynamics presents a very big challenge for organizations that are venturing into innovation, technology is becoming more and more important in our daily lives and the challenge is knowing how to adapt to it. Exponential innovation comes to organizations as an opportunity to provide guidance on what should be done and how. Exponentiality consists of a change in mentality with respect to what has been commonly done, organizations need to be able to see what they are doing and what they are failing that does not show a return in their profits to the maximum as it should be. In view of the above, this work is developed based on a systematic review of scientific literature on the topic of business creation oriented to innovation, especially exponential innovation, consulting information in the Web of Science database in the period of time from the year 2015 to 2020, in order to describe the reference practices oriented towards innovation and exponential innovation. Later complemented with an analysis of web content using the social network Twitter as a search engine and the tweetbinder software to collect susceptible information currently on social networks regarding the research topic and in this way contribute to the achievement of the main objective of the study
