| dc.description.abstract | Este documento es el resultado de la práctica académica de Trabajo Social, realizada en la Dirección General de Regionalización de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, en el proyecto Montaje y Puesta en Marcha del Observatorio Regional de la Provincia Comunera de Santander, en la sede UIS Socorro. El proyecto busca contribuir con el desarrollo regional, a partir de la conformación de un sistema de información y una base de datos que permita obtener y procesar información de los 15 municipios de la provincia comunera, desde las variables demográfica, económica y social; así mismo busca generar procesos de investigación acerca de la dinámica regional. El trabajo se realizó a partir de la revisión del documento base del Observatorio, desde el cual se definió reorientar el proceso y continuar con el montaje del mismo; dentro de los avances se encuentra el replanteamiento de las fases, el protocolo de investigación, el diseño de la estructura del sistema de información y la estructura organizativa del observatorio, elementos fundamentales para la continuidad del proceso de ejecución del Observatorio Regional. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document is the result of the academic practice of Social Work, carried out in the General management of Regionalization of the Industrial University of Santander, in the project Assembly and Setting in March of the Regional Observatory of the Comunera County of Santander, in the headquarters UIS Socorro. The project looks for to contribute with the regional development, starting from the conformation of a system of information and a database that it allows to obtain and to process information of the 15 municipalities of the Comunera county, from the demographic, economic and social variables; likewise search to generate investigation processes about the regional dynamics. The work was carried out starting from the revision of the document it bases of the Observatory, from which was defined to reorient the process and to continue with the assembly of the same one; inside the advances it is the readjusting of the phases, the investigation protocol, the design of the structure of the system of information and the organizational structure of the observatory, fundamental elements for the continuity of the process of execution of the Regional Observatory. | |
