| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación nace a partir de la experiencia vivida en la práctica pedagógica en el Instituto de Adaptación Laboral en Santander (IDEALES) dedicado a la atención y orientación laboral de personas en condición de discapacidad. Allí se pudo observar cuán necesario era para los educandos tener un conocimiento básico de las matemáticas, tanto para desarrollar las actividades que les asignaban, como para poder desenvolverse con comodidad en la vida cotidiana. Por tal razón surge el interrogante de ¿cuál es el currículo que posibilita a los educandos de IDEALES un óptimo desempeño en los talleres vocacionales y su futura incorporación al campo laboral? Es por esto que esta investigación consiste en plantear una alternativa de adaptación curricular grupal en matemáticas como una estrategia de actuación docente, que busca dar respuesta a las Necesidades Educativas Especiales encontradas en la población, partiendo de la consideración de las capacidades y dificultades de los educandos. Esta investigación es de tipo exploratorio descriptivo bajo un abordaje cualitativo, fundamentado en los aportes de estudios realizados en el campo de las Necesidades Educativas Especiales, la enseñanza de las matemáticas y la adaptación curricular. Las Adaptaciones Curriculares propuestas se constituyen como un instrumento guía para el Instituto y para los docentes encargados de atender a esta población, en su tarea de enseñar matemáticas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This investigation work, is born from the experience lived in the pedagogical practice at the institute of Labor Adaptation in Santander (IDEALES) dedicated to the attention and labor direction of people in incapacity condition. There it was possible to see how necessary was for students to have a basic knowledge of mathematics, as much to develop the activities that were assigned to them, as to be able to develop with comfort in daily life. For such reason this question arises: ¿Which is the curriculum that makes possible for the students from IDEALESfl to have an optimal performance in the vocational factories and also in their future incorporation to the labor field? That's why this investigation is about raising an alternative of group curricular adaptation in mathematics like a strategy of educational action that looks for giving an answer to the Special Educative Needs found in the population, starting off of the consideration of the capacities and needs of the students. This investigation is descriptive and exploratory type with a qualitative boarding, based on the contributions of studies realized in the field of Special Educative Needs, the teaching of mathematics and the curricular adaptation. The proposed Curricular Adaptations are constituted as a guide instrument for the institute and teachers in charge of taking care of this population, and also in their task of teaching mathematics. | |
