dc.description.abstract	Integral, Derechos Humanos, Grupos Armados al margen de la Ley. está basado en el acompañamiento y verificación del proceso de reparación integral de las víctimas desde los años 2007 al 2010 desde el trabajo psicosocial, organización y fortalecimiento de la red y su incidencia en la interacción con las instituciones gubernamentales como no gubernamentales en la creación e incidencia de políticas públicas para esta población. La comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación fue creada mediante la ley 975 de 2005 la cual está encargada de facilitar los procesos de paz y la reincorporación individual o colectiva de los grupos armados al margen de la ley, garantizando los a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación integral de las víctimas del conflicto armado; es así como se crea la comisión con el fin de organizar en una red a las víctimas de los departamentos de Santander, Norte de Santander y las subregiones del Sur del Cesar y Sur de Bolívar en nodos locales los cuáles empezarían a capacitarse y estos a su vez transmitirían la información para que otras víctimas se fueran uniendo con el fin de formarse como actores sociales capaces de tomar decisiones que ayuden a mejorar la calidad de vida de ellos y sus familias. Con diferentes encuentros locales, municipales y departamentales se logro unificar aspectos relevantes que permitieron divisar los avances y dificultades de las víctimas en el proceso de reparación integral que permitieron tomar medidas para mejorar algunas condiciones de vida. La participación de las instituciones gubernamentales como no gubernamentales en este proceso fue escaso debido a la poca información que manejaban acerca del tema, por tal razón se inicia un proceso de capacitación a dichas instituciones para lograr una mayor participación y aportes a la reparación de las víctimas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Work on the "National Commissión for Reparation and Reconciliation regional headquarters northeastern Colombia, reparation process of victims of armed conflict" is based on the support and verification of the process of reparation of the victims from the years 2007 to 2010 from work psychosocial, organization and strengthening of the network and its impact on the interaction with governmental and non-governmental institutions in creating public policy and advocacy for this population. The National Commissión for Reparation and Reconciliation was created by Act 975 of 2005 which is responsible for facilitating peace processes and individual or collective reintegration of armed groups outside the law, guaranteeing the truth, justice and full compensation of victims of armed conflict is how the commissión is created in order to organize a network for victims of the departments of Santander, Norte de Santander and Southern subregións Cesar Bolivar and South Nodes which would start local train and these in turn transmit the information so that other victims were uniting in order to train as social actors able to make decisións that help improve the quality of life for themselves and their families. With different local meetings, municipal and departmental achievement unify important aspects that allowed spot the progress and difficulties of the victims in the reparations process that allowed some measures to improve living conditions. The participation of governmental and non-governmental institutions in this process was limited due to the lack of information on the subject handled, therefore it is a process of training for these institutions to achieve greater participation and contributions to reparation for victims
