dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado describe las actividades realizadas en la implementación de la norma ISO 9001:2008 para la planta de producción de café de INDUSTRIAS FULLER PINTO S.A. En este marco, el sistema de gestión de la calidad fue diseñado para controlar los parámetros de calidad del proceso productivo, con el ánimo de asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y la calidad de sus productos bajo estándares nacionales e internacionales. El proceso inició con el diagnóstico de la documentación existente y el análisis de las inclusiones necesarias. En la planificación la dirección estableció el alcance y se definieron los líderes de procesos. En la documentación se crearon los procedimientos y en la capacitación se realizaron reuniones de formación y talleres de aprendizaje. En la etapa de implementación participaron todos los miembros de la organización de acuerdo a los recursos dispuestos por la gerencia. Posteriormente se realizó la evaluación de
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following final-semester dissertation describes the activities executed to implant the ISO 9001: 2008 regulation to the FULLER PINTO INDUSTRIES coffee production plant. On this frame the Quality management system was specially design to control the Quality parameters during the production Process, with the frame of mind to secure the fulfill the customer´s Requirements and the Quality of the products under national and international standards. The process began with the diagnosis of the existing documents and the analysis of the necessary inclusions. During the planning the direction established the scope and the process leaders. For the documentation it has been created procedures and in the training process there was quality trainings and learning courses. During the implantation all members of the organization participate according to the resources available by the management. Subsequently the evaluation of knowledge has been done, and then the internal audit to the Quality management system, this evaluation generates a report about the discoveries found to be checked by the management. Finally an action plan came up with the purpose to guarantee the issue of the non agreements found, and to promote the continuous improvement to the quality management system. Finaldissertation.
