dc.description.abstract	El presente documento presenta la descripción del diseño, documentación e implementación de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional basado en la norma OHSAS 18001 en la Pasterizadora Santandereana de Leches LECHESAN S.A., teniendo en cuenta la legislación colombiana y condiciones propias de la organización para el desempeño de la misma. En primera instancia se realizó un diagnostico de la situación de la empresa frente al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC OHSAS 18001, de allí se establecieron los parámetros para la planificación del Sistema de Gestión, en esta fase se establecieron las bases para el funcionamiento del mismo: definición de una política y objetivos en SYSO, identificación de peligros y evaluación de los mismos, identificación de requisitos legales y otros que la organización disponga, estructura de programas de Gestión, funciones y responsabilidades en SYSO, a partir de esta planificación se tuvo una idea de lo que se quería con el sistema. La fase final fue la implementación, donde se documentaron e implementaron procedimientos en busca de la competitividad y confiabilidad de las operaciones realizadas por la empresa, estableciendo controles sobre los peligros encontrados en la fase anterior y evaluando la eficacia de los mismos, generando un ambiente sano y seguro garantizando la seguridad y salud del personal vinculado a la organización directa o indirectamente.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document presents the description of the design, documentation and implementation of an ocupational health and security management system based on the OHSAS 18001 norm in the Santandereana Milk Pasteurizer LECHESAN S.A., taking into account the Colombian legislation and proper terms of the organization for the development of it self. First of all, a diagnose of the current situation of the Enterprise was done in front of the fulfillment of the requirements of the NTC OHSAS 18001. Then the parameters for the system management were established, in this phase were established the basis for the functioning of it: definition of a policy and objectives in SYSO, hazard identification and evaluation, legal requirements identification and others that the organization defines, structure of management programs, functions and responsibilities in SYSO. Based on this planning there was an idea of what was wanted with the system. The final phase was the implementation, where the procedures in search of competitiviness and confiability of the operations done by the enterprise were documented and implemented, establishing controls over the hazards that were found in the last phase and evaluating the efficacy of them, generating a safe and healthy environment and the health of the people linked to the organization directly or indirectly.
