dc.description.abstract	El presente artículo muestra las diferentes actividades que se realizaron en una práctica empresarial en la Gobernación de Santander entre los meses de agosto y diciembre del 2017. Dicha práctica fue realizada en la oficina de Dirección Administrativa y Financiera perteneciente a la Secretaria de Educación Departamental, con el fin de hacer cumplimiento a lo estipulado en nuestra constitución colombiana en la ley 115 de 1994 sobre el derecho a la educación, haciendo mención de la importancia que tiene esta sobre la creación de una sociedad más competitiva y capaz, y de cómo el estado debe velar porque esta se brinde de la mejor manera y se cuente con una infraestructura que se adapte a las necesidades que se requieran para ello. En esta se realizó apoyo a la supervisión, revisión y estructuración de proyectos de infraestructura física en las sedes educativas de los 82 municipios no certificados del departamento de Santander. Así mismo se contó con distintas fuentes de información como la Norma Sismo Resistente (NST 10), la Norma Técnica Colombiana (NTC 4595) y diferentes bases de datos de precios, cantidades y rendimientos en presupuestos de obra, con el fin de cumplir con toda la normatividad a la hora de revisar los diferentes diseños estructurales, arquitectónicos, presupuestos de obra, APU’S y demás, presentados en los proyectos de infraestructura de las sedes educativas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This article shows the different activities that were carried out in an internship in Santander State between the months of August and December of the year 2017. The internship was carried out in the Office of Administrative and Financial Management which belongs to the State Education Department, in order to enforce compliance with the provisions of our Colombian constitution in law 115 of 1994 on the right to education, mentioning the importance that this has on the creation of a more competitive and capable society, and how the state must ensure that this is the best way and can be used with an infrastructure that adapts to the needs that are required for it, where technical support was given to the supervision, review and structuring of physical infrastructure projects in educational centers of 82 non-certified municipalities of Santander. During this work, different Standard (NTC 4595) and different databases of unit prices, quantities and work budgets were referenced in order to comply with all the normativity at the time of reviewing the different structural and architectural disegn, construction budgets, price analysis and others, presented in the infrastructure projects of the educational centers.
