dc.description.abstract	Las instituciones educativas han venido ajustándose a los requerimientos tecnológicos para estar a la vanguardia de su comunidad educativa, en procura de prestar mejores servicios de apoyo tanto a la comunidad educativa como al público en general. Es por esto que la Institución Educativa Infantas ha querido apoyar su comunicación a través de la pagina web, que aunque ya la Institución Educativa Infantas disponía de una página web, esta se encontraba subutilizada, toda vez que los contenidos eran basados en texto simple y sin atractivo más que el mismo texto, con un diseño muy básico sin posibilidad de administrar y actualizar contenidos periódicamente, sin generar una interacción dinámica entre el usuario y la institución. Es así como la Institución manifestó su interés en rediseñar y obtener nuevo portal web de la misma, de tal manera que se ofrezca a sus alumnos, docentes, personal administrativo, y visitantes, la posibilidad de conocer más de la institución, donde no solo se muestre información de interés sino también estableciendo canales de comunicación validos y de manera constante y reciproca. Para el efecto, este proyecto fue documentado y apoyado en la metodología de casos de uso, utilizando Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado (UML) y desarrollado con la utilización de herramienta software de libre distribución tales como el servidor Apache, Manejador de bases de datos MySQL, lenguaje de programación PHP, dentro del marco de un gestor de contenidos (CMS) Joomla y componentes tales como Phocagallery, phocadownload, jcalpro, ccboard, Sophia, jatabs, entre otras extensiones de jommla
dc.description.abstractenglish	Educational institutions have been adjusting to the technological requirements to be at the forefront of the educational community, seeking to provide better support services to both the educational community and the general public. That is why the Education Institution Infantas wanted to support their communication through the website, although Infantas Educational Institution had a website that was underutilized, since the contents were based on simple text without attractive than the text, with very basic design without the possibility of managing and updating content regularly, without generating a dynamic interaction between the user and the institution. Thus, the institution was interested in redesigning and get new web portal of the same, so that is offered to students, faculty, staff, and visitors can learn more about the institution, where not only display information of interest but also by establishing valid communication channels and steadily and reciprocal. To that end, this project was documented and supported in the use case methodology, using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed with the use of free software tools such as Apache, Database Manager MySQL, PHP programming language, within
