| dc.description.abstract | Éste trabajo de grado es consecuente en todo momento con la misión y los objetivos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, de formar profesionales éticos que aporten soluciones e ideas a los requerimientos y tendencias contemporáneas de la comunidad, universidad e industria colombiana, y tiene como objetivo especifico el de diseñar y construir un elevador para automóviles con el fin de hacer un uso más racional y eficiente del espacio disponible en un concesionario automotriz de la ciudad. El sistema cuenta con una plataforma de seis por tres metros para levantar los autos del primero al segundo piso y viceversa, dicha plataforma es accionada por un sistema doble de cilindros hidráulicos y poleas, que brinda la ventaja cinemática de levantar la plataforma a una distancia de 4 metros con unos actuadores que solo tienen 2 metros de recorrido, hecho que reduce significativamente los costos de fabricación al poderse utilizar unos actuadores mucho mas pequeños y un sistema hidráulico con una bomba de bajo caudal Con este trabajo de grado, se realizó un estudio en el área de diseño y construcción de maquinaria; la información recopilada en este trabajo se utilizó por la industria local, como guía para la construcción y montaje de un elevador vehicular. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This degree work is consequent with the mission and the objectives of the Industrial University of Santander, of forming ethic professionals that contribute solutions and ideas to the requirements and contemporary tendencies of the community, university and industry, and this has as specify objective to design and to build a vehicular elevator, with the purpose of making a more efficient use of the available space in a sole agency. The system has a platform of six by three meters to lift the cars from the first one to the second floor and vice versa, this platform is worked by a double system of hydraulic cylinders and pulleys that it offers the cinematic advantage of lifting the platform at a distance of 4 meters with some jack that alone they have 2 journey meters, fact that reduces the costs of production significantly when being possible to use some jack a lot but small and a hydraulic system with a low flow pump. With this degree work, was carried out a study in the design area and machinery construction; the information gathered in this work was used by the local industry, like guide for the construction and assembly of a vehicular elevator. | |
