dc.description.abstract	Este documento describe la creación de una guía que estandariza los requisitos mínimos que deben tener los programas de seguridad vial de las empresas que prestan servicios de transporte tomando como base los programas de seguridad vial de las empresas contratantes asociadas al CCS que pertenecen al comité de transporte. Como punto de referencia se tiene el interés de diferentes entidades públicas, privadas y de carácter gubernamental dado el llamado que hizo la ONU en el Plan Mundial para el Decenio de Acción para la Seguridad Vial 2011-2020 y lo contemplado en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2010-2014 definido por el gobierno nacional. De esta manera inicialmente se define un alcance para la aplicabilidad de la guía de manera que sea de fácil consulta, ejecución y acorde a las necesidades que tienen las empresas contratantes pertenecientes al comité. El documento que sustenta la creación de la guía de buenas prácticas es la investigación de accidentalidad vial, ya que ésta describe el panorama actual que vive nuestro país en materia de seguridad vial y junto con los programas que tienen las empresas contratantes se aborda los temas cruciales que intervienen de forma directa en los hechos desafortunados en el transporte y son la principal causa de accidentalidad en el país. El análisis de la información y los documentos que se tienen de referencia permiten concluir la importancia de ciertos temas en el transporte y el tratamiento especial que deben dársele en el ámbito laboral. Buenas prácticas, responsabilidades, requerimientos, procedimientos y requisitos legales hacen parte del contenido de la guía de seguridad vial con miras a salvaguardar la vida y evitar accidentes en la vía.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document describes the creation of a guide paper that standardizes the minimum requirements that companies related to transport services must have in safety programs for providing based on the road safety programs of contracting firms associated with CCS belonging to the Transport Committee. A point of reference is the interest shown by different public, private and governmental character as the call made in the UN Global Decade Plan of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020 and as contemplated in the National Development Plan 2010-2014 defined by the national government. Thus, initially is defined the scope of applicability of the guide so that it is availability, performance and according to the needs that the contracting firms belonging to the committee. The document supports the creation of the good practice guide by means of the investigation of road accidents, as it describes the current landscape in our country in terms of road safety programs in conjunction with the contracting companies that have addressed the crucial issues directly involved in the unfortunate events in the transport and are the leading cause of accidents in the country. The analysis of the information and documents that has been taken as a reference to conclude the importance of certain issues in the transport should be given special treatment in the workplace. Good practices, responsibilities, requirements, procedures and legal requirements are part of the contents of the guide road safety in order to ensure and protect life and avoid road accidents.
