| dc.description.abstract | Día a día se hace necesario que todos y cada uno de los productos y servicios que se ofrecen en el mercado para suplir las necesidades de los clientes, sean de mejor calidad; es por esto que las entidades en general, trabajan en pro de alcanzar los más altos estándares en cuanto a este aspecto se refiere. Particularmente, el laboratorio para el Control de Procesos de Beneficio Mineral, de la Asociación de Mineros y Joyeros de Vetas, Santander (ASOMINEROS), se encuentra efectuando la organización y estandarización de los procedimientos que realiza y ofrece como servicios a la comunidad en general, iniciando con el proceso de preparación de muestras geológico-mineras, el cual actualmente cuenta con una alta demanda en el sector minero de la región. Para tal efecto, se llevaron a cabo las siguientes etapas: 1) Diagnóstico del proceso; 2) Documentación de cada una de las etapas del proceso (recepción, secado, trituración, pulverización y empaque y embalaje de la muestra); 3) Implementación y 4) Sistematización de la información; teniendo en cuenta los parámetros estipulados en las normas ISO 9001:2000 (Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad) e ISO 17025:2005 (Requisitos Generales para la Competencia de los Laboratorios de Ensayo y Calibración), las cuáles reglamentan los aspectos administrativos de toda organización y los aspectos técnicos de los laboratorios en general. La ejecución del proyecto garantiza elevar el nivel de calidad de los servicios ofrecidos por el laboratorio, mejora su competitividad en el mercado y garantiza ampliar su radio de acción. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Day by day it becomes necessary that all and each one of the products and services that offer in the market to supply the necessities of the clients, being of better quality; it is for this reason that the entities in general, work in pro of reaching the highest standard as for this aspect refers. Particularly, the laboratory for the Control of Processes of Benefit Mineral, of the Association of Miners and Jewelers of Vetas, Santander (ASOMINEROS), it is carring out the organization and standardization of the procedures that it carries out and offers as services to the community in general, beginning with the process of preparation of geologic-mining samples, which at the moment counts with a hig demand in the mining sector of the region. For such an effect, they were carried out the following stages: 1) diagnostic of the process; 2) documentation of each one of the stages of the process (reception, drying, trituration, pulverization and packing and shipment of the sample); 3) Implementation and 4) Systematizing of the information; keeping in mind the parameters specified in the norms ISO 9001:2000 (Systems of Administration of Quality) and ISO 17025:2005 (General Requirements for the Competition of the Laboratories of Rehearsal and Calibration), those which they regulate the administrative aspects of all organization and the technical aspects of the laboratories in general. The execution of the project guarantees to elevate the level of quality of the services offered by the laboratory, it improves its competitiveness in the market and it guarantees to enlarge its action radio. | |
