dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de este proyecto, consistió en la completa estructura del proceso de equipos, maquinaria y mantenimiento para Constructora VC Ltda., cuyo objetivo primordial, es asegurar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de la maquinaria pesada, equipos menores y vehículos de transporte; para lo cual se desarrolla el concepto de Diagnostico de recursos, aplicando simultáneamente
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of this project consisted of the complete structure of equipments processes, machinery and maintenance for VC Construction Ltd., whose primary objective is to ensure the availability and reliability of the heavy machinery, small equipment and vehicles to transport children, for which it develops the concept of resource assessment, applying some concepts of preventive maintenance, being this strategy in line with the needs and levels of both execution of works, and quality, designed and made by the company, according to the parameters set by the system Quality Management system under the norm ISO 9001:2000. That is being successfully implemented by the organization; in this way the maintenance plan developed includes a working methodology which interact corrective and preventive activities, taking as a approach the analysis of the criticality risk-based, in turn, supported by a complete system of information from other documents such as work order, data sheet, resume, checklists, control input, further it was integrated the management of spare parts, through the creation of the shop and workshop organization , interrelated according to administrative and operational mechanisms that facilitate planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of work performed by this process, which has as a result in the whole growth of VC Construction Ltda.
