| dc.description.abstract | La exigencia de un nivel competitivo cada vez más alto en el sector educativo del país, llevó a la dirección de Glenn Doman Escuela Precoz a pensar en una estrategia administrativa que le permitiera mejorar su desempeño y la calidad en la prestación del Servicio. Atendiendo a esta necesidad se llevó a cabo en la Escuela la documentación e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad con base en Norma NTC ISO 9001:2000. El presente trabajo contiene un marco teórico y un marco conceptual que ubican al lector en el área de la calidad y la filosofía de la Escuela respectivamente, así mismo se encuentra la descripción de Glenn Doman Escuela Precoz y sus características particulares. El Proyecto fue desarrollado teniendo como base el ciclo administrativo PHVA (Planear Œ Hacer Œ Verificar Œ Actuar). Para identificar el punto de partida del Sistema se realizó una etapa de diagnóstico y una planificación de actividades seguida de la etapa de Diseño del Sistema. Posteriormente se diseñó la estructura documental y cada uno de los documentos y registros que la componen. En dicha actividad se contó con la participación activa de todo el personal. Como etapa final se ejecutó una auditoría interna que permitió verificar la eficacia de la implementación realizada y posibilitó la formulación de actividades que contribuyen a la Mejora Continua de la Institución. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The demand of a competitive level increasingly high in the educational sector of the country, it led to the direction of Glenn Doman Escuela Precoz to thinking about an administrative strategy that would allow the school to improve its performance and the quality in the service. Attending to this need the School prepared the documentation and implementation of the Quality Management System based in the NTC ISO 9001:2000. The present work contains a theoretical frame and a conceptual frame that locate to the reader in the area of the quality and the philosophy of the School respectively; likewise there is the description of Glenn Doman Escuela Precoz and its particular characteristics. The Project was developed taking as a base the administrative cycle PDCA (To Plan - To Do - To Check - To Act). To identify the beginning of the System there was realized a stage of diagnosis and a planning of activities followed by the stage of Design of the System. Subsequently there was designed the documentary structure and each of the documents and records that compose it. In the above mentioned activity the whole personnel was involved and they had an active participation. At the final stage there was executed an internal audit that enabled to verify the efficiency of the realized implementation and to make possible the formulation of activities that they contribute to the Continuous Improvement of the Institution | |
