dc.description.abstract	Mediante una revisión de literatura en fuentes científicas y no especializadas, se profundizó sobre el concepto de bioeconomía y cuáles son los mecanismos que se emplean para ayudar en su desarrollo, aportando claridad de este concepto a los modelos de negocio, se definieron las características de las empresas que hacen parte de ella y así generar una mejor óptica desde la ingeniería Industrial a empresas que quieren desempeñarse en la bioeconomía y a compañías que deseen migrar a este modelo económico. Para esto se consultó en fuentes tales como las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, así como en Google Scholar, páginas propias de los ministerios de diferentes gobiernos, entre otros. Los análisis bibliométricos se hacen con la ayuda de softwares como VOSviewer y R-studio, que ayudan a comparar artículos, autores, países en que se publican este tipo de documentos y otros ítems propios de la investigación. Posteriormente, se realiza un análisis de contenido encontrando algunas discrepancias y similitudes entre autores, aun así, se define la bioeconomía como la suma entre lo biológico y lo económico, donde la importancia resulta en la creación y el procesamiento de la biomasa. Se logra identificar que los sectores más importantes de la bioeconomía son la agricultura y la silvicultura, llegando a tener comúnmente a medianas y grandes empresas que para volverse sostenibles han cambiado sus materias primas por unas de base biológica.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Through a literature review in scientific and non-specialized sources, the concept of bioeconomy and the mechanisms used to help in its development were deepened, providing clarity of this concept to the business models, the characteristics of the companies that are part of it were defined and thus generate a better view from the Industrial Engineering to companies that want to perform in the bioeconomy and companies wishing to migrate to this economic model. For this purpose, sources such as the Scopus and Web of Science databases were consulted, as well as Google Scholar, the own pages of the ministries of different governments, among others. The bibliometric analyses are carried out with the help of software such as VOSviewer and R-studio, which help to compare articles, authors, countries in which these types of documents are published and other items specific to the research. Subsequently, a content analysis is carried out, finding some discrepancies and similarities between authors, even so, bioeconomy is defined as the sum between the biological and the economic, where the importance results in the creation and processing of biomass. It is possible to identify that the most important sectors of the bioeconomy are agriculture and forestry, commonly having medium and large companies that, in order to become sustainable, have changed their feedstock for bio-based ones.
