dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto de sistematización busca comprender la dinámica grupal de la experiencia: Una relación intercultural: un camino para aprender a reconocer y respetar la identidad y la diferencia 2012 2017. Realizada en el Instituto Miguel Sánchez Hinestroza en la vereda Acapulco en el municipio de Girón Santander, para la generación de aportes a procesos educativos de intercambio cultural. Para ello se implementaron técnicas como la revisión documental, línea de tiempo y entrevistas y grupos focales teniendo en cuenta la metodología participativa propuesta por Oscar Jara (2018) denominada Los cinco (Punto de partida, plan de sistematización, reconstrucción del proceso vivido, reflexiones de fondo y puntos de llegada). Gracias a ello se pudieron identificar tres categorías de análisis: Características estructurales, Factores individuales y Contexto, desde donde se puede concluir que la dinámica grupal se caracteriza por ser dinámica y cambiante, en ella intervienen las condiciones del medio en donde se desarrolla el grupo, el proceso de conformación y
dc.description.abstractenglish	This systematization Project seek to understand the group dynamics and the intercultural relationship: a way to learn to recognize and respect the identity and (20122017) made by the Miguel Sánchez Hinestroza institute in Vereda Acapulco of the Girón municipality- Santander, for the generation of contributions to educational processes of cultural exchange, to carry this out, techniques such as documentary review , time lines, interviews and focus groups were implemented taking into the account the participatory methodologies proposed by Oscar Jara (2018) named: cinco (Starting points, systematization plan, reconstruction of the lived process, background reflections and arrival point), thanks to that, three categories of analysis could be identified: Structural characteristics, individual factors and context, from which can be concluded that group dynamics are characterized by being dynamics and changing, in it intervenes: the conditions of the environment in which the group develops, the formation process and the individual characteristics of the participants. In addition to this it is recognized that interculturality influences the motivation of the group towards the project, but it represent a direct influence that affect the group dynamics.
