dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto está encaminado a crear un centro de lavado manual de vehículos, grandes como camionetas, busetas, autos como taxis y de uso particular, así como las motos, con presencia única en esta modalidad de servicio en el municipio de Yondó Antioquia. Buscando conocer con certeza la aceptación y demanda de este servicio se hace una investigación exploratoria concluyente que permitió conocer precios, servicios esperados. De igual forma, se estimaron los requerimientos técnicos, la infraestructura, previendo que el sitio de ubicación este acorde a los lineamientos del P.O.T. municipal, estableciendo la estructura administrativa como una empresa S.A.S. Cabe resaltar, que dentro de estudios se incluye el económico y financiero permitiendo conocer los costos y gastos, proyectando los respectivos estados financieros donde se pudo conocer que el proyecto muestra un NPV positivo de $22.648.962 y una TIR de 25,71%, datos que son atractivos para los inversionistas, puesto que reflejan la recuperación de la inversión en el tercer año. En el desarrolló de sus actividades hace un gran aporte social, pues se generan nuevos puestos de empleo, se beneficia tanto la ciudadanía en general y la empresas que cuentan con vehículos facilitando el transporte de habitantes y trabajadores de empresas, este proyecto no presenta daños al medio ambiente considerándose desde todos los estudios analizados es viable la puesta en marcha de esta empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project is directed to create a center of manual wash of vehicles, big as light trucks, busetas, cars as taxis and of particular use, as well as the motorcycles, with the only presence in this modality of service in Yondó Antioquia's municipality. Seeking to know with certainty the acceptance and demand of this service does to itself an exploratory conclusive investigation that allowed to know prices, awaited services. Of equal form, there were estimated the technical requirements, the infrastructure, foreseeing that the site of location this chord to the limits of the municipal P.O.T., establishing the administrative structure as a company S.A.S. It is necessary to stand out, that inside studies is included economically and financial allowing to know the costs and expenses, projecting the respective financial statements where it was possible to know that the project shows a positive NPV of $22.648.962 and one IRR of 25,71%, information that are attractive for the investors, since they reflect the recovery of the investment in the third year. In the development of his activities it does a great social contribution, since new positions of employment are generated, one benefits so much the citizenship in general and the empresas that they possess vehicles facilitating the transport of inhabitants and workers of companies, this project does not present hurts to the environment being considered from all the analyzed studies the putting is viable in march of this company.
