dc.description.abstract	El consumo verde es una tendencia global, que se ha convertido en el pilar contemporáneo en torno al mercado y al estilo de vida. A partir de ello, se orientó una investigación exploratoria con el objetivo de conocer el perfil de dicho consumidor en una capital colombiana, Bucaramanga, capital de Santander. Tras una revisión de literatura, el uso de entrevista y encuestas se identificó que la tendencia del consumidor verde en la ciudad está asociada con la edad, donde los jóvenes son el grupo dominante, y por las empresas que están interesadas en un desarrollo sostenible, de acuerdo con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Se concluye que en la ciudad de Bucaramanga se precisan más investigaciones en torno a la temática, pero que los datos recolectados como sus interpretaciones son la base para la exploración de un mercado en crecimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Green consumption is a global trend, which has become the contemporary pillar around the market and lifestyle. Based on this, an exploratory investigation was directed with the aim of knowing the profile of this consumer in a Colombian capital, Bucaramanga, capital of Santander. Following a literature review, the use of interviews and surveys found that the green consumer trend in the city is associated with age, where young people are the dominant group, and by companies that are interested in sustainable development, by the Sustainable Development Goals. It is concluded that in the city of Bucaramanga more research is needed on the subject, but that the data collected as its interpretations are the basis for the exploration of a growing market.
