dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de este proyecto se encuentra basado en la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental según los requisitos de la norma NTC ISO 14001:2004 en la sede administrativa de la Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga CDMB, siguiendo la metodología del ciclo Deming también conocida como ciclo PHVA. Se partió de una etapa de reconocimiento inicial de la entidad la cual permitió elaborar un diagnóstico sobre el nivel de cumplimiento de la entidad frente a los requisitos de la norma e identificar los aspectos ambientales significativos, a partir de los cuales se planteó la política, objetivos, metas y programas ambientales. Las etapas desarrolladas en el proyecto para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental corresponden a las etapas de diagnóstico, planificación, documentación, implementación, evaluación, sensibilizaciones y capacitaciones. La documentación requerida por el sistema se elaboró de modo que fuera compatible con la documentación del sistema de gestión que tiene implementado la entidad. Las sensibilizaciones y capacitaciones se desarrollaron con la vinculación del personal de la sede administrativa. En la fase final del proyecto se llevaron a cabo dos auditorías internas al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental con la implementación de sus respectivos planes de
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of this project is based on the implementation of an Environmental Management System according to the requirements of the norm NTC ISO 14001:2004 in the administrative headquarters of the Regional Autonomous Corporation for the Defense of the Bucaramanga Plateau CDMB, following the methodology of the cycle Deming or PDCA methodology. It started with an initial reconnaissance phase of the entity which allowed to make a diagnosis on the level of compliance of the entity against the requirements of the norm and identify environmental significant aspects from which arose the politics, objectives, goals and environmental programs. The stages developed in the project for the implementation of the system of environmental management in the CDMB correspond to the diagnosis stage, planning stage, documentation stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, sensitization and trainings stages. The documentation needed by the system was elaborated so that it was compatible with the documentation of the system of management that has the entity implemented. The sensitization and trainings were developed with the personnel of the administrative headquarters. In the final phase of the project were carried out to two internal audits for the system of environmental management with the implementation of his respective plans of improvement.
