dc.description.abstract	Cada vez es mayor el número de empresas que implementan el Sistema de gestión de Calidad basado en la NTC ISO 9001:2008, ya que la obtención de la certificación es un logro muy reconocido en el mercado, tanto por los clientes como por los proveedores. Es por esto que J García Harker Centro Pediátrico Ltda., con la visión de expandir sus servicios y crecer como empresa, identificó la necesidad de implementar un Sistema de gestión de la Calidad basado en la NTC ISO 9001:2008, el cual le permitiera mejorar la prestación de sus servicios y estandarizar los procesos, asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos estipulados por la ley, ampliar el portafolio de servicios, definir funciones en el equipo de trabajo, crear una ventaja competitiva en el mercado, establecer una cultura de mejoramiento continuo, aumentar la satisfacción del cliente, con el fin de proporcionar productos y/o servicios que respondan a las necesidades y expectativas de sus clientes y partes interesadas. El presente documento describe el proceso de implementación del Sistema de gestión de la Calidad basado en la NTC ISO 9001:2008 llevado a cabo en J García Harker Centro Pediátrico Ltda., el cual abarca el diagnóstico, diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación del Sistema de gestión. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	Every time there is more and more the number of companies that implement the System of Management of Quality based on the ISO NTC 9001:2008, therefore the obtaining of the certification is an great achievement that has recognize in the market and also is very important for clients and providers. J García Harker Pediatric Center with the visión of expanding their services and grow as a company, they identified the need to implement the System of Management of the Quality based on the ISO NTC 9001:2008, who allows them to improve the offered services, to standardize the processes, to assure the fulfillment of requirements stipulated by the law, to extend the portfolio of services, to define functions, responsibilities and directions in the equipment of work, to create a competitive advantage on the market, to establish and maintain a culture of constant improvement, to increase the client satisfaction, in order to provide products and services that responds to the needs and expectations of his clients and interested parts. The present document describes the process of implementation of the System of Management of the Quality based on the ISO NTC 9001:2008 carried out in J Garcia Harker Pediatric Center., which includes the diagnosis, design, documentation, implementation and evaluation of the System of Management. 3
