dc.description.abstract	El proyecto “Factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de cacao orgánico en el municipio de El Socorro, Santander”, instalará su cultivo en la finca de propiedad de sus autoras, Santa Isabel, ubicada en la vereda Alto de chochos, del municipio de Socorro, la cual consta de un área de 15 hectáreas que serán utilizadas para el cultivo y un área de 60 metros para el proceso post cosecha y el área administrativa. El cultivo de cacao orgánico en la región es una idea innovadora que busca el desarrollo social y económico de sus habitantes y además una buena alternativa de cuidado del medio ambiente. Es un proyecto que tendrá los grandes estándares de calidad para garantizar un producto 100% orgánico. A través del estudio de mercados, en el que se hizo la recolección de información se determinó la demanda insatisfecha, punto clave para el inicio del proyecto. A partir del estudio de mercados, se desarrolló el estudio técnico, para determinar las necesidades técnicas para su realización. Mediante el estudio administrativo se presenta la mejor estructura funcional para implementar en el negocio, determinando cargos, funciones, salarios y demás aspectos administrativos. Por último y con la información anterior, se desarrolló el estudio financiero en el que se desglosa la cadena de inversiones a realizar, vinculándolas a la evaluación, desde la interpretación de resultados asociados a la realidad económica y social del medio en el que se actúa. Por último, el estudio social y ambiental, en el cual se evalúa el impacto que el proyecto va a tener en la comunidad y el entorno. Como resultado final, se concluye que es un proyecto viable financiera, social y ambientalmente.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The project "Feasibility for the creation of a company that produces and markets organic cocoa in the municipality of El Socorro, Santander", will install its cultivation on the farm owned by its authors, Santa Isabel, located in the Alto de chochos village, del Socorro municipality, which consists of an area of 15 hectares that will be used for cultivation and an area of 60 meters for the post-harvest process and the administrative area. The cultivation of organic cocoa in the region is an innovative idea that seeks the social and economic development of its inhabitants and also a good alternative for caring for the environment. It is a project that will have the high quality standards to guarantee a 100% organic product. Through the market study, in which the information was collected, the unsatisfied demand was determined, a key point for the start of the project. From the market study, the technical study was developed to determine the technical needs for its realization. Through the administrative study, the best functional structure to implement in the business is presented, determining positions, functions, salaries and other administrative aspects. Finally, and with the above information, the financial study was developed in which the chain of investments to be made is broken down, linking them to the evaluation, from the interpretation of results associated with the economic and social reality of the environment in which it operates. Finally, the social and environmental study, in which the impact that the project will have on the community and the environment is evaluate. As a final result, it is concluded that it is a financially, socially and environmentally viable project.
