| dc.description.abstract | Este documento describe el contexto en el cual se desarrolla la creación de empresas a nivel nacional, las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial, metodologías implementadas y resultados obtenidos. El proyecto Diseño, construcción y ajustes del prototipo de un generador de rayos x para uso médicofl, fue inscrito en la Corporación Bucaramanga Emprendedora (CBE) como iniciativa de creación de empresas y aprobado por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), entidad encargada de evaluarlo y autorizar los desembolsos para financiar el proyecto durante la obtención del prototipo. El manejo de este dinero es supervisado por la Interventoría de la Universidad Nacional, que exige la presentación de informes de avance y la elaboración de una cantidad establecida de productos intermedios, con el propósito de verificar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales entre la CBE - SENA y la CBE - Emprendedor. La práctica empresarial realizada en la CBE consistió en el acompañamiento administrativo del proyecto rayos x y en la elaboración del plan de negocios para establecer la viabilidad de conformar una Empresa de Base Tecnológica a partir de dicho proyecto. El plan de negocios se elaboró con ayuda del software Plan de Negocios, propiedad de la CBE, los resultados obtenidos permiten demostrar la viabilidad de la idea de negocios y las ventajas que ofrece desde el punto de vista financiero y social, La función administrativa se enfocó en la planeaciòn, ejecución, seguimiento y control del plan operativo del proyecto. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This documentary describes the context over National making enterprises is developing, the activities that use to do during enterprises practices, applicated methodologies and obtained results. The project Design, construction and adjustments of one X-rays generator prototype with medical applicationsfl had been registered in Corporación Bucaramanga Emprendedora (CBE) as an enterprise's creation initiative and had been approved, as well, by Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), institution which is responsible for the evaluation and authorization to give financial founds to develop the project during the prototype is obtained. The management of this founds is supervised by Inteventoria de la Universidad Nacional, which requires a presentation of advance's reports joined to the manufacture of the establishment quantity intermediate products, all of this obey the purpose to get control over contractual obligations between CBE-SENA and CBEEmprendedor. The enterprise´s practice realized in CBE consisted in administrative enclose of the Xray project joined to the elaboration of the business plan to establishment the viability to shape a Base of Technological´s Enterprise from the described project. The business plan was made helped for Plan de Negocios software, that is belong to CBE, its obtained results allow to prove its viability as a business idea and the advantages from the financial and social point of view. The administrative operation was focused over the planning, executing, following and controlling of the operative's plan of the project. | |
