dc.description.abstractEn el siguiente artículo se describen las funciones realizadas como supervisora de obra de procesos de acabados en la empresa constructora INNOVA S.A.S. desarrolladas en la construcción del proyecto Palace condominio y Bochetti condominio, ambos en la ciudad de Bucaramanga; el primero un edificio de 30 pisos y 147 apartamentos y el segundo un edificio con 25 pisos y un total de 90 apartamentos. Durante la práctica se realizaron procesos de seguimiento y control de actividades como instalación de enchape, drywall, ornamentación, aluminio, pintura, carpintería e inspección de puntos de conexiones eléctricas en apartamentos y zonas comunes del edificio con el fin de garantizar su calidad. Así mismo se apoyó en el seguimiento y cumplimiento del cronograma por medio de informes de avance de obra realizados diariamente con la inspección de cada cuadrilla de trabajo, en donde se verificaba su avance y el uso correcto de las herramientas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following article describes the functions performed as construction supervisor of finishing processes in the construction company INNOVA S.A.S. developed in the construction of the Palace condominium project and Bochetti condominium, both in the city of Bucaramanga; the first a building of 30 floors and 147 apartments and the second a building with 25 floors and a total of 90 apartments. During the internship, monitoring, and control processes of activities such as installation of plaster, drywall, ornamentation, aluminum, painting, carpentry and inspection of electrical connection points in apartments and common areas of the building were carried out in order to ensure their quality. Likewise, support was provided in the follow-up and compliance with the schedule by means of daily work progress reports with the inspection of each work crew, verifying their progress and the correct use of the tools.
