dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio, buscó determinar las Interacciones que caracterizan la práctica de los docentes beneficiarios del programa de Becas para la Excelencia Docente del MEN - Maestría en Pedagogía UIS, para ello se utilizó el Instrumento de Observación CLASS y una rejilla de Autoevaluación para los docentes participantes. Estos instrumentos permitieron determinar los niveles de interacción en la población muestra, de acuerdo a los dominios establecidos en cada instrumento e identificar las relaciones entre dichos niveles. Para seleccionar la población muestra, se realizó un proceso con los siguientes criterios: docentes activos, que laboraran en el departamento de Santander, y que fuesen beneficiarios del programa de becas MEN - UIS cohorte l- 2015-2017 Maestría en Pedagogía. Se estructuró y organizó una base de datos del programa de Maestría en Pedagogía, donde se evidenciaban los docentes que cumplían con los requisitos ya mencionados. Esto llevó a un total de 16 docentes, ubicados en diferentes municipios del departamento de Santander. El presente informe enuncia los resultados de la investigación de tres (3) docentes de los dieciséis (16) ya nombrados, seleccionados por la conveniencia de ubicación y desplazamiento, pues se encuentran laborando en el municipio de Rionegro, Santander, en las veredas de Galanes, La Paz, y Guayana, quienes además trabajan con la modalidad de Escuela Nueva en sus instituciones educativas. Asimismo, esta investigación es descriptiva de tipo exploratorio, pues se buscó especificar propiedades y características, que describieran las tendencias de la población muestra, con enfoque mixto, dado que se recolectaron, analizaron y vincularon datos cuantitativos y cualitativos en el mismo estudio, para responder al planteamiento del problema. Se debe destacar que, la recolección de datos, contó con la grabación de las jornadas de clase observadas de cada docente, se obtuvo al final un estimado de 20 horas en video de las clases
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study sought to determine the interactions that characterize the practice of beneficiaries teaching program Fellowship Teaching Excellence MEN - Master Educational UIS, to thereby Observation Instrument CLASS and a grid Self-Test for teacher’s participants used. These instruments allowed the determination of levels of interaction in the population sample according to the domains established in each instrument and identify relationships between these levels. To select the population sample, a selection process was conducted with the following criteria: active teachers, who will work in the department of Santander, which were beneficiaries of the scholarship program MEN - l- 2015-2017 cohort UIS Master of Education. It was structured and organized in a database Masters in Education program, where teachers who met the above requirements were evident. This led to a total of 16 teachers located in different municipalities of Santander, this report sets out the results of the investigation of three (3) teachers of sixteen (16) already appointed, selected for the convenience of location and movement because they are working in the municipality of Rionegro, Santander, on the sidewalks of Galanes, La Paz, and Guyana. Also, this research is descriptive type Exploratory therefore sought specific properties and characteristics, to describe the sample population trends; Likewise, with mixed approach, as they were collected, they analyzed and linked quantitative and qualitative data in the same study to answer the problem statement. It should be noted that data collection, had the recording of the days observed class of each teacher, obtained at the end an estimated 20 hours video classes.
