dc.description.abstractDesde fines del siglo XX e inicios del siglo XXI la tecnología ha avanzado a pasos agigantados, dando la mano a todas las ciencias estudiadas por el hombre, una de ellas la ingeniería civil, la cual ha llegado a ser una de las profesiones más importantes para el desarrolló social de la humanidad. El crecimiento poblacional ha generado una mayor demanda de vivienda, sin embargo la satisfacción de esta requiere el área para resolverlo. En el caso de Bucaramanga, la limitación del área de la meseta ha llevado a un desarrolló vertical de sector inmobiliario siendo la vivienda multifamiliar el modelo actual por excelencia. Por tal razón es que VISSA CONCASA S.A.S. desarrolla el proyecto SALONICA APTOS CLUB, Este proyecto está situado en la calle 34 con carrera 25 en el centro de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, es un proyecto de vivienda multifamiliar de 22 pisos más 3 sótanos, incluido zona social ubicada en el último piso del edificio, está compuesto por 168 apartamentos con áreas variables desde 65,63 m2 hasta 75,52 m2. Está construido en dos fases: la fase inicial es la torre 1 y la zona de parqueaderos y la fase final que es la torre 2. En el presente artículo se describirán algunas de las actividades a realizar en la práctica empresarial realizada.
dc.description.abstractenglishSince the late twentieth and early twenty-first century technology has advanced by leaps and bounds, shaking hands with all the sciences studied by man, one civil engineering, which has become one of the most important professións social development of mankind. Population growth has led to increased demand for housing, however satisfying this need to solve área. In the case of Bucaramanga, limiting plateau área has led to a real estate vertical development multifamily housing being the current model par excellence. For this reason is that VISSA CONCASA S.A.S. developing the project SALONICA APTOS CLUB. This project is located at 34th Street and Carrera 25 in the center of the city of Bucaramanga, is a multifamily housing project 22, 3 basement floors, including social área located on the top floor of the building and consists of 168 apartments with áreas varying from 65.63 m2 to 75.52 m2. It is built in two phases: the initial phase is the tower 1 and the parking área and the final phase is the tower 2.
