| dc.description.abstract | El tema a desarrollar en este trabajo es sobre “minoría étnica y democracia”. La manera para desarrollar este trabajo es mediante el ejercicio de la lectura, recopilación, descripción y reflexión de la situación problemática a la que están expuestas las minorías étnicas, además, de la manera en que podemos ayudar a reducir esa situación problemática. En los Estados democráticos, las minorías étnicas se ven sometidas a diversos tipos de injusticias/desigualdades (de tipo social, económico y político). Injusticias que nos llevan o deben conducirnos a reflexionar sobre la política que se emplea con estos grupos marginados. Las injusticias a las que se enfrentan las minorías tienen que ver con la redistribución tanto económica como política, como con el no reconocimiento de sus rasgos característicos, sus derechos, sus costumbres y tradiciones. Otra injusticia que se comete en contra de las minorías étnicas es la discriminación. Así, las minorías cargan cada día con el peso de la discriminación, ya sea económica, política, cultural, religiosa, étnica, de género y sexual. Las minorías ante tal condición en que se encuentran deben optar por analizar tal situación y tomar medias que les permitan salir de tal situación. Entre tales medidas se halla (principalmente) hacer que el Estado cumpla con proveerlas de los recursos y el bienestar básico (Ej.: la educación, entre otras), para que ellos puedan tomar el control de su propio destino. El Estado, además, debe incentivar que las personas respeten y comprendan a las otras personas sin importar los rasgos que tengan; como también, debe tender a reducir las desigualdades. Otra medida que se puede adoptar es la actitud participativa por parte de las minorías en los procesos democráticos, donde es necesario que nombren personas que los representen y se esmeren en proveerles el mayor beneficio posible. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The subject to explain in this job is about ethnic minority and democracyfl. The way for to explain this job is by means the exercise of the reading, compilation, to describe and reflection , about the situation problematical to the that to be exposed the ethnic minorities, also, of the way in that we can to assist to reduce this situation problematical. In the democratic States, ethnic minorities are subjected to diverse types of injusticia and inequalities (of social, economic and politics type). Injustices that should lead us to to think about the policies politics used towards these excluded groups. The injustices that the minorities face have to do with the redistribution, as economic as political, as well as the non recognition of their trait, their rights customs and traditions. Another injustice that is happens to ethnic minorities is discrimination. Minorities carry day by day the burden of discriminatio, that can be economical, political, cultural, religious, ethnic, or gender and sexual. Minorities in the condition they are now have to opt for analyzing such a situation. Among such steps (actions) there is (mainly) to have the goverment to carry out with providing the actions with resourses and the basic well-being (e.g: education, among others), for that they can to take the control of their pwn destiny. The State, also, it should to stimulate that people respect and understand other people without to matter trait that have; as well as, it should to try to reduce the inequalities.
