dc.description.abstractEl objetivo central de esta investigación es comprender las representaciones sociales de violencia escolar en el contexto urbano y rural del departamento Norte de Santander, El trabajo se desarrolló con el fundamento teórico de las representaciones sociales desde la perspectiva de Serge Moscovici y Denisse Jodelet, bajo los presupuestos epistemológicos de la investigación cualitativa. La población estuvo conformada por niños y niñas del sector educativo rural y urbano del departamento Norte de Santander. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la técnica de entrevista semi- estructurada a profundidad, el análisis de los resultados se realizó con la ayuda del software Atlas. Tic, mediante la codificación abierta, estableciendo categorías basadas en la similitud del concepto con el apoyo del método comparativo constante. Con el anterior proceso se construyó la estructura teórica conformada por la categoría central Normalización de la violencia escolar como forma de interacción social en la escuela y categorías conceptuales como; la violencia escolar como forma de interacción normal entre pares en el contexto escolar, mecanismo de control que normalizan la conducta violenta, conducta del victimario, conducta de la víctima, la deshumanización del otro. Se revisó la literatura existente en el ámbito nacional e internacional así como la normatividad vigente y se contrasto con la información obtenida en las entrevistas y a partir de ahí se realizaron aproximaciones de las causas de la violencia escolar en el ámbito de individual, familiar y escolar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main objective of the research is to understand the social representations of school violence in the urban and rural context of the department of Norte de Santander. The work was developed with the theoretical basis of social representations from the perspective of Serge Moscovici and Denisse Jodelet, Under the epistemological assumptions of qualitative research. The population was made up of children from the rural and urban education sector of the department of Norte de Santander. For the collection of the information the semi-structured interview technique is used in depth, the analysis of the results is done with the help of Atlas software. Tic, through open coding, establishing categories based on the similarity of the concept with the support of the constant comparative method. With the previous process was constructed the theoretical structure conformed by the central category Standardization of school violence as a form of social interaction in school and conceptual categories such as; School violence as a form of normal interaction between peers in the school context, control mechanism that normalizes violent behavior, behavior of the victimizer, behavior of the victim, dehumanization of the other. The existing literature on the national and international level was reviewed as well as the current regulations and contrasted with the information obtained in the interviews and in the evaluation of the causes of school violence in the individual, family and school environment.
