dc.description.abstractEsta investigación está dirigida hacia las edificaciones antiguas y de construcción tipo informal, también se tienen en cuenta las edificaciones que poseen una alta importancia en el patrimonio cultural de nuestro territorio, las cuales actualmente prestan un servicio mayormente de tipo vivienda y las cuales son muy vulnerables a eventos sísmicos; es de resaltar que la investigación se encamina en el tema específicamente en la rehabilitación de viviendas YA CONSTRUIDAS. Se visitó las zonas periféricas de la ciudad de Bucaramanga (Morroríco, Girón, Piedecuesta y el centro de Bucaramanga) en las cuales se presenta el problema de la informalidad en la construcción de viviendas, y se determinó las viviendas tipo por medio de los materiales con los cuales fueron construidas, de lo cual se evidencio tres (3) viviendas tipo, de las cuales dos (2) fueron construidas con tierra cruda y la tercer vivienda tipo está construida con mampostería sin refuerzo y sin confinamiento. Las cuales fueron clasificadas de la siguiente manera, vivienda de adobe como tipo I, vivienda de tapia pisada como tipo II y vivienda de mampostería no confinada como tipo III. La importancia en la cultura del departamento de las mismas, se convierte en un factor de selección del tipo de materiales y técnica de rehabilitación de las viviendas identificadas como informales. Se procede a citar las técnicas implementadas en la rehabilitación de las viviendas tipo, previamente identificadas y clasificadas, se procede a seleccionar la técnica a implementar para cada vivienda tipo, con un énfasis técnico-económico, en otras palabras se escogió la técnica que sea económica y a su vez cumpla con los objetivos del reforzamiento, utilizando materiales asequibles a los propietarios de las viviendas. dc.description.abstractenglishThis research is directed towards the study of ancient buildings and also for informal type buildings, also taking into account the buildings that have a high importance in the cultural and religious heritage of our country, which currently provide a service mostly housing type, churches and museums which are vulnerable to seismic events. It is noteworthy that the research is aimed specifically at the issue of rehabilitation of existing homes. Peripheral areas were visited in the city of Bucaramanga (Morroríco, Girón, Piedecuesta and Bucaramanga center) which has presented the problem of informality in housing construction and housing type were determinated through the materials with which they were built, of which there were three (3) types of housing, of which two (2) were built with raw land and the thirth housing type is built in masonry, without reinforcement and without confinement, of which were classificated to this way: housing built in adobe as type I, housing built in rammed earth (tapia pisada) as type II, housing built in masonry no confinement as type III. The importance in the culture of the department of the same becomes a factor in selection of the type of materials and techniques of rehabilitation of housing identified as informal types. We proceeded to cite the techniques implemented in the rehabilitation of housing types, identified and classified previously, we proceed to select the technique to implement for each housing type, with an emphasis socio-economic, and in other words, we chose the technique that is more economical and in turn meets the objectives of the reinforcement, using materials affordable to homeowners.
