dc.description.abstractEste proyecto tiene como fin la creación de un EcoHotel tipo glamping en las orillas del embalse de topocoro, mejor conocido como la represa de hidro Sogamoso, la tendencia del glamping y la conservación de los recursos naturales son la columna vertebral de este plan de negocio, en el cual se pretende impulsar el turismo en la región con dignidad y respeto del entorno social y ambiental de la zona. En este documento se presenta el plan de negocios con todos y cada uno de los análisis pertinentes para determinar si es viable este emprendimiento; contiene un análisis del sector turismo con el fin de realizar un diagnóstico preliminar, así también se ejecutó un investigación de mercados con la cual se definió el segmento del mercado al cual va dirigido el proyecto, teniendo esto presente se realizó el plan de mercadeo pertinente para impulsar el plan de negocio, también se ejecutó un estudio técnico para determinar y desglosar el proceso del servicio y cada uno de los requerimientos allí necesarios, luego se realizaron los estudios administrativos y legales con los cuales se determinaron la estructura de organización corporativa, este se hace de la mano con la revisión legal para este tipo de compañías.
