dc.description.abstractEl presente documentos es un trabajo de grado de investigación basado en la implementación del estándar internacional ISO 5001 en su versión 2014 el cual establece los requisitos de un sistema de gestión de activos en una organización. El proyecto se desarrolla en la organización JABV CONSTRUCCIONES de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja la cual se dedica a obras de ingeniería civil e ingeniería mecánica cuenta con activos físicos al margen de las actividades como maquinaria pesada además de un recurso humano competente. La ejecución de la investigación se hizo de acuerdo siendo consistentes con las fases de diagnóstico, diseño de documental, gestión de planes estratégicos, socialización de la información cumpliendo con las necesidades de la empresa y aportando efectivamente a la solidez de un sistema de gestión de activos físicos para el proceso de mantenimiento. Se gestionó la información con las personas responsables en la empresa realizando visitas y reuniones periódicas de acuerdo al cronograma y sujeto a la disponibilidad de tiempo de ellos, en este documento se presenta de manera explícita toda la gestión
