dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo pretende mostrar las diferentes actividades que se desarrollaron en una práctica empresarial en la Gobernación de Santander entre los meses de Mayo y Septiembre del 2018, además de concluir como aplique los conocimientos adquiridos en la universidad en las diferentes actividades realizadas en la práctica. Dichas prácticas fueron realizadas en la oficina de Dirección Administrativa y Financiera perteneciente a la Secretaria de Educación Departamental de la Gobernación de Santander, en estas se realizó apoyo a la supervisión y revisión de proyectos de infraestructura nuevos o que se encuentran en ejecución, también se realizaba revisión de proyectos de mantenimiento en la parte de infraestructura física en las sedes educativas de algunos municipios del departamento de Santander. Así mismo se contó con ayuda de distintas fuentes de información como la Norma Sismo Resistente (NSR 10), la Norma Técnica Colombiana (NTC 4595) y diferentes bases de datos de precios, cantidades y rendimientos en presupuestos de obra, con el fin de cumplir con toda la documentación requerida para que un proyecto de inversión pública sea aprobado y financiado por las entidades públicas en este caso la gobernación de Santander, además verificar que cumplan toda la normatividad a la hora de revisar los diferentes diseños infraestructura de las diferentes sedes educativas. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article aims to show the different activities that were developed in a business practice in the Governorate of Santander between the months of May and September of 2018, in addition to concluding how to apply the knowledge acquired in the University in the different activities carried out in the practice. These practices were carried out in the Office of Administrative and Financial Direction belonging to the Secretary of Education Departmental of the Governor of Santander, in these was supported to the supervision and review of projects of infrastructure New or that are in execution, also was carried out revision of maintenance projects in the part of physical infrastructure in the educational sites of some municipalities of the Department of Santander. It also counted with the help of different sources of information like the Standard Earthquake Resistant (NSR 10), the Colombian Technical Standard (NTC 4595) and different data bases of prices, quantities and yields in budgets of work, in order to comply with all the Documentation required for a public investment project to be approved and financed by the public entities in this case the Santander Governorate, also to verify that they fulfill the whole normatividad at the time of there checks the different structural, architectural, hydraulic designs, presupposed of work, APU'S, etc., presented in the projects of infrastructure of the different educational head offices. *
