dc.description.abstractLa siguiente propuesta artística es una video-instalación realizada a partir de los sueños de la autora y su afinidad con la historia de Alicia en el país de las maravillas. Para su realización se estudian los planteamientos de los psicólogos Sigmund Freud y Carl Jung y del filósofo y ensayista Gastón Bachelard con el fin de entender y fundamentar tanto científicamente como desde el arte el proceso onírico. Además, este trabajo toma varios referentes plásticos siendo los más importantes, artistas como Man Ray, René Magritte y Sandy Skoglund. Así como varios videos de carácter experimental. En la materialización de la obra lo primero que se observará es un gran telón de teatro que abre un camino que debe recorrer el espectador para llegar a unos escalones que le permitirán alcanzar el agujero abierto al lado de un túnel que en su interior contiene un video secreto. El video consiste en imágenes confusas en blanco y negro que manifiestan la forma subjetiva de ver los sueños como un mundo deslumbrante, maravilloso y a la vez incomprensible. El sonido fue creado especialmente para este video por los músicos Omar Alvarado y Santiago Rivero y es una mezcla de sonidos análogos y digitales, además de los susurros de una voz femenina que cambian durante el video.
