dc.description.abstractDebido a la demanda de la población de un mejoramiento en la oferta gastronómica donde el consumidor requiere una mayor sofisticación, surge este plan de Negocios que está dirigido a la creación de un restaurante en el Municipio de Piedecuesta especializado en comida saludable con variedad de sabores y alimentos que contengan ingredientes beneficiosos para la salud con una preparación adecuada. La manera de alimentarse está cambiando debido a que las personas están pensando más en su salud y bienestar, es por ello que se ha empezado a desarrollar un nuevo estilo de restaurantes donde sus principales ingredientes cuentan con productos frescos, orgánicos y ligeros. En este plan de negocio se establecen las bases para la creación del restaurante Monsaui el cual se proyecta como una empresa que solucionará la búsqueda de comida balanceada para la población de Piedecuesta que no cuenta con alternativas distintas a las clásicas en alimentación, aportando significativamente a la salud debido a que los insumos utilizados son principalmente orgánicos y la manera de preparar los alimentos se realizarán bajos en grasa preferiblemente al horno o cocidos se evitará alimentos fritos y de alto contenido calórico. Con el restaurante se pretende fomentar el consumo de una alimentación adecuada proponiendo y siendo un promotor un estilo de vida saludable.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the demand of the population for an improvement in the gastronomic offer where the consumer requires greater sophistication, this business plan arises that is aimed at the creation of a restaurant in the Municipality of Piedecuesta specialized in healthy food with a variety of flavors and foods that contain beneficial ingredients for health with proper preparation. The way of eating is changing because people are thinking more about their health and wellbeing, which is why they have begun to develop a new style of restaurants where their main ingredients have fresh, organic and light products. This business plan establishes the bases for the creation of the Monsaui restaurant, which is projected as a company that will solve the search for balanced food for the population of Piedecuesta that does not have alternatives to the classic ones in food, contributing significantly to the health because the inputs used are mainly organic and the way to prepare food will be low-fat, preferably baked or cooked, fried and high-calorie foods will be avoided. The restaurant aims to promote the consumption of proper nutrition by proposing and being a promoter a healthy lifestyle.
