dc.description.abstractEn el mundo de la planeación y ejecución de obras, la aplicación de buenas prácticas en un proyecto de construcción brinda control y trazabilidad para realizar el alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad de los ítems que componen un proyecto, identificado como parte fundamental los procesos preliminares, puesto que son considerados la primera fase de la ejecución de obra. Este documento pretende dar a conocer la experiencia adquirida por el autor durante la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la División de Planta Física de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, presentando las experiencias técnicas y metodológicas consideradas en el desarrollo de las actividades durante el periodo de la práctica, donde se contempla funciones tales como el apoyo en trámites administrativos, supervisión y control durante las actividades preliminares para la construcción del nuevo edificio de la facultad de salud de la UIS.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the world of planning and execution of works, the application of good practices in a construction project provides control and traceability to carry out the scope, time, cost and quality of the items that make up a project, identified as a fundamental part of the preliminary processes, since they are considered the first phase of the execution of work. This document aims to publicize the experience acquired by the author during the business practice as a civil engineering assistant in the Physical Plant Division of the Universidad Industrial de Santander, presenting the technical and methodological experiences considered in the development of the activities during the period of the practice, where functions such as support in administrative procedures are contemplated, supervision and control during the preliminary activities for the construction of the new building of the Faculty of Health of the UIS.
