dc.description.abstractEl actual trabajo fue realizado bajo la modalidad de práctica en el municipio de Girón en la oficina de planeación de la Alcaldia como la entidad competente para el desarrTejido Social 2016-2019. El trabajo tiene como finalidad elaborar una propuesta para la creación y elaboración de indicadores económicos a partir de herramientas de medición tales como el Plan de Acción, el Plan Indicativo y el Plan Operativo Anual de Inversiones; para hacer una identificación y análisis de la información, para una posterior evaluación de los Objetivos propuestos y los alcanzados. El trabajo realizado en la Alcaldía de Girón en el tiempo que duro las practicas, me sirvió como estudiante para ampliar el bagaje intelectual e interactuar con el sector público, sirviendo como herramienta en el manejo y uso de información aplicada en sectores. Finalmente hay que manifestar que la evolución de la planificación regional ha requerido eficiencia en la institucionalidad, ya que de ello depende su aplicabilidad y capacidad de gestión en los diferentes ámbitos desde el nacional hasta el municipal, para que de esta forma se genere desarrollo territorial y mejorar la calidad de vida de la población.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe current work was carried out under the modality of practice in the municipality of Girón in the planning office of the City Hall as the competent entity for the development of the objectives set out in the development plan "Somos Tejido Social 2016-2019". The purpose of this work is to prepare a proposal for the creation and elaboration of economic indicators based on measurement tools such as the Action Plan, the Indicative Plan and the Annual Operating Plan for Investments; to make an identification and analysis of the information, for a later evaluation of the proposed Objectives and those achieved. The work done in the City Hall of Girón during the time I spent practicing, served as a student to broaden the intellectual baggage and interact with the public sector, serving as a tool in the management and use of information applied in sectors. Finally, it must be stated that the evolution of regional planning has required efficiency in the institutional framework, since its applicability and management capacity in the different areas from the national to the municipal depend on it, so that this will generate territorial development and Improve the quality of life of the population.
