dc.description.abstractEn el siguiente trabajo se hace un seguimiento a los diez proyectos que forman la primera fase del Plan Vial Departamental de Santander, como se han desarrollado llevando un registro en una ficha de seguimiento donde se detallan los aspectos más importantes de cada proyecto, (plazo de ejecución, numero de contrato, contratista de obra e interventoría y valor del contrato, valor adicional si lo hay lo mismo que tiempos adicionales). También se lleva registro fotográfico del avance físico de las obras. Al final solo se comparan dos proyectos que han finalizado totalmente, estos proyectos son: Socorro-Simacota (zona de montaña), y Barrancabermeja-Puerto Wilches (zona plana), donde se sacan conclusiones sobre el costo del kilometro de vía secundaria completamente terminada en cada zona, rendimientos en la construcción, proporciones en las inversiones y porcentaje de población beneficiada entre otras conclusiones. También se hace un aporte que es una guía para el principiante en la ejecución de Interventoría con el Instituto Nacional de Vías. (INVIAS). Este aporte es una introducción sobre las funciones (deberes, obligaciones y corresponsabilidades), perfil y el apoyo normativo de las funciones del Interventor, además trae de manera ilustrativa las etapas de todo contrato y los distintos formatos que se deben utilizar en cada una de estas etapas, trae instrucciones sobre cómo se deben llenar (solo para algunos formatos).
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this paper we trace the ten projects that form the first phase of the Department of Santander Road Plan, as developed by keeping a record on a record sheet detailing the most important aspects of each project (within execution, contract number, contractor and auditing work and contract value, if any additional value as well as additional times). It also carries photographic record of the physical progress of works. In the end only comparing two projects that have fully completed, these projects are: Socorro-Simacota (mountain areas), and Barrancabermeja Port Wilches (flat area), where conclusions are drawn about the cost of kilometers of secondary road fully completed in each area, performance in construction, investment proportions and percentage of population served, among other findings. Also made a contribution that is a guide for beginners in executing Interventoría the Instituto Nacional de Vias. (INVIAS).
