dc.description.abstractLos servicios que ofrecerá la nueva empresa son acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo. El servicio de acueducto actualmente se presta a la zona urbana, en el 2.016 se brindará este servicio a la zona rural, de igual manera para el servicio de alcantarillado. Con respecto al servicio de aseo este sólo tendrá cobertura en la zona urbana. La demanda actual del servicio de acueducto es de 136.320 m3 correspondiente a la zona urbana; la demanda proyectada se hizo a 10 años. Las cifras de demanda para el servicio de alcantarillado son las mismas que para el de acueducto, según el estudio tarifario y la metodología para su cálculo, que es la dada por la Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico CRA. Con respecto a la demanda actual del servicio de aseo, se estableció que es de 672 Ton/Año y la demanda proyectada para el año 10, será de 746.64 Ton/Año. La Oferta actual del servicio de acueducto es de 186.624m3 y la oferta proyectada para el año 10 será de 295.488 m3; de igual manera para el servicio de alcantarillado. Con relación al servicio de aseo la oferta actual es de 768 Ton /año y la proyectada será la misma cifra porque no se aumentará. El estudio administrativo contiene la misión, la visión, diseño de organigrama, se elabora el manual de funciones y procedimientos y se diseñaron lo estatutos de la nueva empresa. En cuanto al estudio técnico se estipula la infraestructura necesaria para prestar los servicios, será la que tiene el municipio y que se le entregará a la nueva empresa mediante un contrato de operación. En el estudio financiero se hace un análisis que permite conocer la viabilidad del proyecto, también se hace un estudio social y ambiental, necesarios para poder completar este estudio.
