dc.description.abstractEl creciente interés a nivel empresarial en la seguridad y salud ocupacional de sus colaboradores, y el cuidado del medio ambiente desde las actividades que ejecutan, las ha llevado a adoptar medidas que les permita realizar una gestión y así llevar a cabo las intenciones referentes a estos temas. En atención a este interés, ATR decidió implementar un sistema de gestión integrado en seguridad, salud ocupacional y gestión ambiental basado en las normas NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 y NTC ISO 14001:2004. En el presente proyecto se presenta la ejecución de las etapas que permitieron el logro de los objetivos planteados; partiendo con el diagnóstico de la situación inicial de la empresa antes de la implementación del SGl y el grado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de las normas, requisitos legales y aplicables. En la planificación, se identificaron los aspectos ambientales y los peligros, y se planteó la política, objetivos, programas, indicadores y metas para su cumplimiento. En la etapa de la documentación se crearon, integraron y actualizaron los documentos necesarios para el cumplimiento de los requisitos de las normas. En la implementación se desarrollaron las actividades planeadas y a la vez la sensibilización y capacitación. Finalmente se realizó el seguimiento y la medición por medio de la revisión por la dirección y las dos auditorías internas arrojando hallazgos para los cuales se generó el plan de acción y así evitar su ocurrencia nuevamente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe growing interest in enterprise-level occupational health and safety of its employees, and care of the environment from the activities implemented, the action has led them to carry out management and conduct and intentions regarding these topics. In response to this interest, ATR decided to implement a safety, health and environmental integrated management system based on NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 standards. This project shows the implementation of the steps that enabled the achievement of the objectives, starting with the diagnosis of the initial situation of the company regarding the situation before the implementation of the SGI and the degree of compliance with the requirements standards, and applicable legal requirements. In planning, environmental aspects and the dangers were identified, and raised the policy, objectives, programs, indicators and targets for compliance. In the stage of documentation were created, integrated and updated documents for compliance with the requirements of the rules. In implementing the planned activities were developed while raising awareness and training Finally, tracked and measured through the management review and the two internal audits, yielding findings which led to the action plan and prevent its occurrence again.
