dc.description.abstractEl proyecto se enfoca en realizar un estudio de factibilidad para establecer un Centro de Refuerzo Escolar que ofrece un servicio que satisface las necesidades del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la población estudiantil y mejora el desempeño académico, nace por la Dificultad que afrontan los padres de familia del Municipio de San Alberto en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de sus hijos. Los servicios están dados Asesorías en tareas y ayudas educativas, Preparación de exámenes y nivelaciones, y en general en las actividades académicas que tengan que ver con el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes matriculados en primaria y secundaria de las escuelas y colegios del municipio de san Alberto, además los resultados del estudio revelan condiciones propicias para llevar a cabo la idea emprendedora. Los resultados del estudio de mercado proyectan una demanda efectiva de 3.043.253 servicios que solicitarían los padres de familias de los estudiantes de educación básica primaria y secundaria en el municipio de San Alberto, San Martin y Aguachica, Cesar en el año. El estudio técnico revela una planta de 136 metros cuadrados, en el estudio administrativo se establece la empresa como una sociedad de acciones simplificada (S.A.S), con un organigrama sólido. Como se pudo observar en los indicadores financieros, el valor presente neto ($ 248,363,118), una tasa interna de retorno (86.73%), señalan parámetros evaluativos convenientes; lo que expone la viabilidad del proyecto en todos los aspectos estudiados, en especial, la necesidad hallada y la rentabilidad de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project focuses on conducting a feasibility study to establish a School Reinforcement Center that offers a service that meets the needs of the teaching and learning process in the student population and improves academic performance, was born due to the difficulty that parents of the Municipality of San Alberto face in the teaching and learning process of their children. The services are given Advice on homework and educational aids, Preparation of exams and leveling, and in general in academic activities that have to do with the teaching and learning process of students enrolled in primary and secondary schools and colleges in the municipality of San Alberto, in addition the results of the study reveal favorable conditions to carry out the entrepreneurial idea. The results of the market study project an effective demand of 3,043,253 services that would be requested by parents of students in primary and secondary education in the municipalities of San Alberto, San Martin and Aguachica, Cesar in the year. The technical study reveals a plant of 136 square meters, in the administrative study the company is established as a simplified stock company (S.A.S), with a solid organizational chart. As could be observed in the financial indicators, the net present value ($ 248,363,118), an internal rate of return (86.73%), indicate convenient evaluative parameters; which exposes the viability of the project in all the aspects studied, especially, the need found and the profitability of the company.
