dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo pretendemos elaborar un balance bibliográfico, exhaustivo, acerca de las iglesias protestantes y pentecostales en Colombia, desde 1990 hasta el 2021, que incluya material bibliográfico no solo de la disciplina histórica, sino de distintas áreas de las ciencias sociales que han hecho estudios sobre este tema, bien sea desde la Sociología, Teología, Antropología, Psicología, etc. Deseamos resaltar cómo las diferentes ciencias sociales se han acercado a estas iglesias para estudiarlas, es decir, queremos mostrar qué ciencias sociales han prestado mayor atención a este tema, cuáles de los diferentes subtemas de las iglesias les han llamado más la atención (su forma de liturgia, la económica, su relación con la política, la teología, etc.), cuál ha sido la percepción que las ciencias sociales poseen acerca de estas iglesias y qué instituciones son las que más han publicado sobre estos asuntos. Estos son algunos de los puntos que proyectamos se puedan alcanzar en el balance bibliográfico. Este balance cuenta con un estudio estadístico donde se pueda cuantificar los aspectos anteriormente mencionados, y, además, realiza un análisis cualitativo en el cual se evidencia y detalla, desde distintas perspectivas, el devenir de los estudios sobre el protestantismo en Colombia que se ha generado en las tres últimas décadas.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this work we intend to elaborate an exhaustive bibliographic balance about the Protestant and Pentecostal churches in Colombia, from 1990 to 2021, which includes bibliographic material not only from the historical discipline, but from different areas of the social sciences that have made studies. on this subject, either from Sociology, Theology, Anthropology, Psychology, etc. We want to highlight how the different social sciences have approached these churches to study them, that is, we want to show which social sciences have paid the most attention to this issue, which of the different sub-themes of the churches have attracted the most attention (their way of liturgy, economics, its relationship with politics, theology, etc.), what has been the perception that the social sciences have about these churches and which institutions have published the most on these issues. These are some of the points that we project can be reached in the bibliographic balance. This balance has a statistical study where the aforementioned aspects can be quantified, and, in addition, carry out a qualitative analysis in which it is evidenced and detailed, from different perspectives, the future of studies on Protestantism in Colombia that has been generated in the last three decades.
