dc.description.abstractEste informe describe las actividades ejecutadas durante la práctica empresarial en el municipio de Sogamoso, que incluyen el control de obras viales en ejecución y acompañamiento en la planeación de nuevos proyectos, los cuales contemplan la supervisión del contrato de mantenimiento de la malla vial con 17 tramos Urbanos e inspección de obras adelantadas por la Secretaria de Infraestructura y Valorización, llevando control de personal, maquinaria y materiales. Además en formulación de programas de mantenimiento y diseño de tramos viales para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los pobladores, todo este conjunto complementa los conocimientos a nivel técnico, involucrando lo académico y lo real. En el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se relacionó contenidos temáticos que se recibieron en el ámbito universitario, lo cual permitió combinar criterios técnicos y operativos para la toma de decisiones en ejecución, seguimiento, control de recurso humano fomentando la actualización y capacitación constante de procesos y estándares técnicos de obras; buscando beneficios que maximicen recursos y alto rendimiento en los frentes de trabajo, generando un impacto positivo a la ciudad. Para la finalización del proceso formativo se desarrolla la práctica empresarial, con el fin de cumplir la misión universitaria, integrando procesos de aprendizaje interdisciplinar (conocimientos profesionales y humanos), buscando la calidad y valores diferenciadores durante los objetivos propuestos en el convenio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis report describes the activities carried out during the business practice in Sogamoso municipality, including the control of road works in execution and accompaniment in the planning of new projects, which contemplate the supervision of the maintenance contract of road network with 17 sections in the Urban area and inspection of works advanced by the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Valuation (Secretaria de Infraestructura y Valorización), taking control of personnel, machinery and materials. In addition, this report describes participation in the formulation of maintenance programs and design of road segments for the improvement of the quality of life of the settlers, all these factors complements knowledge at a technical level, involving the academic and the real. During the execution of the business practice, there were a relationship and development of thematic contents studied at university, which allowed the combination of technical and operational criteria for decision-making in execution, monitoring, and control of human resources. In addition, encouraging the updating and constant training of processes and technical standards of works; seeking for benefits that maximize resources and high performance in the work fronts, generating a positive impact on the city. For the completion of the training process, a business practice was developed in order to fulfil the University mission, integrating interdisciplinary learning processes (professional and human knowledge), seeking quality and differentiating values during the objectives proposed in the agreement.
