dc.description.abstractLa globalización y la vanguardia de las empresas a nivel mundial a marcado en el camino una trayectoria evolutiva en donde las normas de gestión de calidad han tomado una gran importancia para poder mantenerse estable dentro del mercado, es por esto que el tema de certificación de calidad ISO 9000:2008 toma fuerza en este trabajo de grado para mostrar e ilustrar la importancia que tiene ser certificado, ver como la implementación de la norma ofrece múltiples beneficios en cuanto a la eficiencia y eficacia de los procesos empresariales, así como en el recurso humano de las compañías. Ubicándose en este contexto, Vanssoil Ltda. una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de Aceites lubricantes, decidió desarrollar el proyecto de implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad según la Norma ISO 9001:2008. El proyecto se estructuró así: En la primera parte se realizó un marco teórico contemplando algunos aspectos relevantes sobre la norma ISO 9001:2008. En la segunda parte se podrá ver el diagnóstico previo a la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. Seguido este paso, se inició la documentación de procedimientos y formatos, se estableció el funcionamiento de los procesos y los registros que debían quedar como evidencia de su cumplimiento, en esta etapa se definió la normatividad para la actualización de dicha documentación, su distribución así como la protección de los registros. La implementación se llevó a cabo poniendo en práctica todos los procedimientos que explican los procesos de la organización, también en esta etapa se llenaron los formatos exigidos por el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad quedando registro de la aplicación de los procedimientos. Finalmente se procedió a realizar seguimiento y medición a los procesos por medio de indicadores de gestión y la realización de auditorias internas de calidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe globalization and the forefront of the companies worldwide to marked in the way an evolutionary path where the procedure of quality management have taken a great importance to be able to be kept stable inside the market, is for this that the topic of certification of ISO quality 9000:2001 capture forces in this Work Degree to show and to illustrate the importance that has to be certified, to see as the implementation of the norm offers multiple benefits as for the efficiency and efficiency of the managerial processes, as well as in the human resource of the companies. Being located in this context , Vanssoil Ltda. a lubricating oils manufacturer, decided to develop the implementation of its quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 norm. This work was structured like this: in the first part a theorical framework was developed considering some conceptual relevant aspects as for the NTC ISO 9001:2008 norm. In the second part, it will be possible see the diagnosis before the implementation of quality management system. After this step the documentation was begun by means of procedures and formats. The processes and record functioning was established which had to remain as evidence of its accomplishment. In this stage the regulation was designed for the updating of such a documentation, its distribution and the records protection. The implementation was carried practicing all the procedures that explain the processes of the organization. Also in this stage it was filled in the formats demanded from the Quality Management System setting a register of the application of the procedures. Finally, it was realized supervision and measurement to the processes by means of indicators of management and realization of the Internal auditory of Quality.
