dc.description.abstractSistema de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional, OHSAS 18001, Implementación sistema integrado de gestión, aspectos ambientales, de seguridad y salud ocupacional. El presente documento explica las actividades desarrolladas para la implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión bajo la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO 14001:2004 y OHSAS 18001:2007 en BATERÍAS STAR; el modelo se basa en la mejora continua a través de ciclo Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar. Las etapas principales del proyecto son el diagnóstico, la planificación, la implementación, la verificación, la revisión y mejora continua. Se partió de un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa para la identificación de los Aspectos Ambientales, de seguridad y salud ocupacional y requisitos Legales aplicables a la empresa. Luego se formuló la política Integrada, el planteamiento de Objetivos, Metas y Programas Ambientales y de seguridad, las respectivas capacitaciones, la comunicación y el control a todos los Aspectos Significativos que por el normal desarrollo de la operación se presentan, todo esto con el fin de mitigar los Impactos Medioambientales e impactos en los trabajadores y en el entorno. Para el diseño de las estrategias de integración del Sistema Integrado de Gestión, se analizó cada uno los requerimientos exigidos por las normas en referencia. En la etapa de documentación se realizó la integración de la variable ambiental y de seguridad a la documentación en común para los dos Sistemas e implicó la puesta en marcha de toda la documentación creada, que junto con el seguimiento a las actividades hizo de esta etapa la de mayor importancia para el proyecto. Se realizó auditoría interna como mecanismo de revisión y evaluación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión, de la cual se generó el correspondiente informe para la Revisión por la Dirección, quien avaló el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados e implementación del Sistema en la Empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present document explains the activities undertaken to implement the Integrated Management System under the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 in STAR BATTERIES, the model is based on continuous improvement through cycle Plan, Do, Check, Act. The main stages of the project are diagnosis, planning, implementation, verification, review and continuous improvement. It was based on a diagnosis of situation to identify the environmental, occupational health and safety and legal requirements applicable to the company. Then the integrated policy approach of Objectives, Targets and Environmental and Safety programs were made, their respective qualifications, communication and control all significant aspects of the normal development of the operation are presented, all with the objective to mitigate the environmental impacts as well as the impact on workers and the surroundings. For the design of integration strategies to the integrated management system, we analyzed each of the requirements demanded by the rules in question. In the research stage the integration of safety and environmental variable was made to the documentation in common for the two systems and involved the implementation of all documents created, along with monitoring the activities of this stage it was of greater importance to the project. Internal audit was conducted as a mechanism for review and evaluation of the Integrated Management System, which generated a corresponding report to the Management Review, which endorsed the achievement of the objectives and implementation of the System in the Company.
